Shipping Policy
At PreziDecants, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand to ensure your fragrance decants arrive safely and securely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Domestic Shipping Only
PreziDecants currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because each decant is filled and packaged individually, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are provided by the carrier and may include:

Priority Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Shipping of Fragrance Products
Fragrance products contain alcohol and are considered flammable liquids.
All shipments are packaged and sent in compliance with applicable carrier regulations for fragrance samples and cosmetic products.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
PreziDecants is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Carrier Delays
PreziDecants is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control once the package has been accepted by the shipping service.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, PreziDecants cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
If your package is missing after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
